Shane Buddles joined Country Boy Realty in March of 2018 and this is his 6th year in Real Estate. Originally from Ft. Plain, NY, Shane grew up in the beautiful MohawkValley just off Interstate 90 which runs from Buffalo west to our capital of Albany. Shane offers a great expansion of listed properties within Herkimer and MontgomeryCounties along with taking on several listings already in SchoharieCounty.
Shane’s past work history includes 12 years with UPS, concrete construction and roofing along with asbestos remediation. His experience in each of these fields not only exemplifies great customer service, but also a wide knowledge of construction of homes in our area.
When describing his niche in real estate, this would entail country properties, farms, and vacant land. Personally he loves anything outdoors such as NASCAR and hunting. John Janke is from Rotterdam, NY. He has been in the real estate industry since 2004. John expanded his business to property management in 2007 and has also served on the Board of Realtors in Saratoga and Schoharie. He joined Country Boy Realty in 2020. John is licensed in NY as well as Massachusetts.
John has had various roles serving at the Carmen Fire Department, including Captain and board of directors member. He also served on the board for Rotterdam Ambulance. John enjoys visiting Cape Cod, spending time with his sons and helping others.
Emilie Reimer moved to Cobleskill form Eastern Long Island to pursue an Agricultural degree in 2015. Since then, she has received a Bachelor’s of Technology in Animal Science from SUNY Cobleskill.
She went on to work for the Farm Service Agency, helping farmers navigate USDA programs and crop reporting. Emilie received her real estate license in 2022 after finding excitement in the home buying process herself.
Along with her agriculture background, Emilie is passionate about showing clients all that country living has to offer. She is an enthusiastic member of the Country Boy team, whose ambition is present in everything she does.
Emilie also serves as Secretary for the Schoharie County Farm Bureau.
Outside of work she enjoys beekeeping, tending to her livestock and in the winter months snowboarding.
Shanay Siag has her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Colorado Technical University. She became a Realtor in 2020 to join the Country Boy Realty team after working with them to purchase her home in 2015.
She lives on a working farm with her husband and two kids. They raise Nigerian Dwarf Goats as well as chickens, beef cows, pigs, and a lot of veggies and garlic. Before setting roots here in Upstate NY she lived in NH, NC, and California.

Sonia Varin lives in Sharon Springs with her husband and 4 children. She became a realtor 2019, and soon after joined Country Boy Realty. Harold Loder, Jr. has been a lifelong resident of Richmondville, in Schoharie County. He has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2014 with Country Boy Realty.
Harold grew up on the family farm of 500 acres raising livestock and cultivating cash crops. He is very familiar with not only the villages and towns of the area, but has a deep understanding of the rich agricultural heritage of the Capital region.
Linda Kiesow is another Country Boy Salesperson who has lived in the upstate New York area for 40 + years! She began selling real estate for Country Boy Realty over 35 years ago and loves to show others all that the Schoharie Valley and surrounding areas has to offer.
As a graduate of the Equine Program at SUNY Cobleskill, Linda has cultivated her love of owning horses to establishing her own breeding program. If you visit the Country Boy Realty HQ, you’ll see Linda’s amazing floral arrangements that make us all proud to come to work.

Christy Gillespie-Quinn is known locally for selling real estate. She has 7 years of experience working exclusively with Country Boy Realty. Christy likes to think that she is not just selling real estate but helping families build a life they have always dreamed of.
Christy has lived in Schoharie Country for over 30 years. She settled in Cobleskill after graduating from Herkimer Community College and later SUNY Cobleskill.
Christy’s passion for community and connecting with people led her into the field of real estate. She became a licensed Real Estate Associate Broker just after 2 years of experience. She has been ranked among the top 10% of all agents in the Capital Region by the Women’s Council of Realtors every year since 2016. John Turner and his wife Jackie, along with their children John JR and Michael, moved from South Huntington, Long Island, NY to the Worcester area in 1972. A daughter, Shannon was born in a few years later.
Prior to real estate John was in the construction field as a pipe-fitter for 13 years in the local 638. He joined the real estate business full-time in 1974 and was welcomed to Country Boy Realty 2 years later. John opened our Worcester the branch office at 149 Main Street, as a sales agent and transitioned to his current role as Associate Broker.
In his 35+ year career with Country Boy, John has helped countless families with their real estate goals. John appreciates the area’s beautiful countryside and its abundance of natural wildlife. He enjoys meeting people and helping them to find their perfect place in the country as he did.
Broker and Owner, Matthew Loder was raised in Richmondville, NY and currently resides in Cobleskill, NY with his wife Julie and their two children. He is an alumnus of SUNY Cobleskill and Cobleskill High School. Matthew’s professional career started at Country Boy Realty in 1999 as a Sales Agent. In 2012, he became Principle Broker and Owner of Country Boy Realty.
With over 20 years of experience in real estate, Matthew has become a leader in the industry. He has received multiple Sales Volume Awards including, over 20 consecutive years of the Top Sales Agent for Schoharie County by the Women’s Council of Realtors.
In 2019 he received the Business Person of the Year Award from the Schoharie County Chamber of Commerce. In 2020 he was recognized as a Top 100 Residential Real Estate Agent in Albany, during one of the most challenging and unique years in the industry due to the pandemic.
Matthew has served as a Director for Schoharie, Schenectady, and Saratoga Board of Realtors and was the Director of the Capital Region Multiple Listing Service Board.
